MEFIC REIT updates terms and conditions

MEFIC Capital announced today, July 30, updating the terms and conditions of MEFIC REIT Fund, effective as of August 3, according to a bourse filing.

 

The fund appointed Ibrahim Ahmed Al-Bassam PKF as external auditor, in place of Talal Abu-Ghazalah, while total annual audit fees (for semi-annual and annual financial statements) were reduced from SAR 56,500 to SAR55,000.

 

The fund also updated the fund manager's address.
