Saudi Cable EGM not convened on lack of quorum

Saudi Cable Co. (SCC) said that the extraordinary general meeting (EGM) scheduled on July 20 was not held due to the lack of quorum, according to a bourse filing.

 

The company’s shareholders will vote on reducing capital by 74.6% to SAR 66.73 million from SAR 262.31 million to restructure the firm’s capital and write off accumulated losses, Argaam earlier reported.
