NGDC shareholders name new auditor

Natural Gas Distribution Co.’s (NGDC) shareholders approved the appointment of Ibrahim Ahmed Al Bassam & Partners Certified Accountants Co. as auditor to review the annual and semi-annual financial statements for 2022, in addition to setting their fees, according to a bourse filing.

 

This came during the company’s ordinary general meeting (OGM), held on July 20, the statement added.
