Al Jouf Cement appoints board member

Al Jouf Cement Co. appointed Ahmed Al-Falih as an independent board member from today, Aug. 15, in the vacant seat for the current term ending on Aug. 5, 2023, according to a bourse filing.

 

The appointment is pending the approval of the upcoming general assembly.

 

Al-Falih has extensive experience in management and holds membership of the boards in several private and listed companies. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Applied Civil Engineering from King Fahd University of Petroleum and Minerals.
