Saudi Networkers Services (SNS) will start trading on the Nomu-Parallel Market on Aug. 17, under the symbol 9543 and ISIN Code SA15JH3KL3H8.

 

In a statement to Tadawul, SNS said the daily fluctuation limit is ±30% and static price fluctuation limit is ±10%.

 

Last July, in an initial public offering (IPO) on Nomu, SNS offered 1.5 million shares out of a total of six million — equivalent to 25% of the company’s total capital, at an offering price of SAR 71 apiece, according to data available with Argaam.
