Alamar opens board membership nominations to appoint 2 members

Alamar Foods Co. opened on Aug. 15 the nomination process for the board of directors’ membership, to appoint two members for the current three-year session ending on Feb. 7, 2023, the company said in a bourse filing.

 

Interested and eligible shareholders can submit requests for nomination until Sept. 15, the statement added.
