Alwasail says audit committee Chairman resigns, names replacement

Alwasail Industrial Co. announced the resignation of Ahmed Alrabdi, Chairman of the audit committee, on health conditions, effective as of Sept. 6, according to a bourse statement.

 

The board of directors approved the appointment of Suleiman Al-Dakhil as the replacement for Alrabdi, effective from the same date.

 

The appointment is pending the approval of the next general meeting.
