East Pipes shareholders to vote on delegating board to distribute interim dividends on Sept. 29

East Pipes Integrated Co.'s shareholders will vote on delegating the board to distribute interim dividends on a quarterly or semi-annual basis for FY 2022/23, during the ordinary general assembly meeting, scheduled for Sept. 29, according to a bourse filing.

 

They will also appoint an auditor and set the fees to review financial statements for Q2, Q3 and Q4 fiscal year (FY) 2022/2023 and Q1 FY 2023/2024.

 

Shareholders will vote on appointing Sultan Joudieh and Viswanathan Kollengode as board members from May 24, 2022 until the current board term ends on Sept. 20, 2025.

 

Kollengode will also be appointed as an audit committee member from July 28, 2022, for the current term.

 

Other agenda items include approving the board and auditor's reports, and financial statements for FY ending March 31, 2022.

 

The e-voting on the agenda items will start on Sept. 25.
