AlNaqool subsidiary gets license for off-plan sales of Deer Villa Project

Mohammed Hasan AlNaqool Sons Co.’s fully owned subsidiary, Deer Real Estate Co., obtained an off-plan sales license for Deer Villa Project, located in Al-Malqa district, Riyadh.

 

The license is based on the decision of the Off-plan Sale or Rent Committee (WAFI), with a total number of 10 units, the company said in a bourse statement.

 

The permit allows the company to start advertising, marketing, selling and receiving payments for the project, the statement added.
