Jabal Omar Development Co. deposited, today, Sept. 29, proceeds from the sale of fractional shares resulting from its capital increase into the accounts of the eligible unitholders of Alinma Makkah Real Estate Fund.

 

The fractional shares sale was concluded on Sept. 13, the company said in a statement to Tadawul.

 

Jabal Omar sold 1,628 shares at an average price of SAR 22.30 each, totaling SAR 36.30 million.
