Fesh Fash shareholders approve amending bylaws

Fesh Fash Snack Food Production Co.’s shareholders approved amending articles of association, during the extraordinary general meeting (EGM), held on Sept. 29, according to a bourse filing.

 

They ratified amending articles of association related to the company’s name, purpose, shareholders’ register, board’s remuneration, general meetings and quorum.
