Saudi Arabia’s imports from GCC countries rose 46% year-on-year (YoY) to SAR 6.96 billion in July, according to a recent report by the General Authority for Statistics (GASTAT).
UAE accounted for 55%, or SAR 3.79 billion, of total Saudi imports, rising 21% YoY.
Compared with the previous month, the Kingdom’s imports from GCC grew 4%, or SAR 295.5 million.
