HRSD Minister stresses importance of automating all services in labor sector

Minister of Human Resources and Social Development (HRSD) Ahmed Al-Rajhi said the ministry is keen to serve customers in their places through electronic platforms, and to facilitate all procedures necessary to fulfill their requests.

Al-Rajhi also stressed the importance of automating all services in the labor sector, and reinforcing empowerment opportunities for families benefitting from security pensions, according to a statement.

This came during an inspection visit paid by the minister today, Oct. 9, to the ministry’s branch in Riyadh to review the services provided to the beneficiaries, and the key projects and initiatives that the branch is working on to achieve the goals of the Kingdom's Vision 2030. This is in addition to reviewing performance reports on the level of achievement, opportunities for development and improvement to overcome challenges.
