Scientific & Medical Equipment House Co.’s (Equipment House) board of directors approved on Oct. 9 appointing Muhammad Al Hogail, an independent board member, as a temporary member of the audit committee for the upcoming three-year term, starting on Oct. 14, 2022.

 

The board’s approval may not be deemed final and this appointment shall be presented to the general assembly at its coming meeting for approval, the company said in a bourse filing today, Oct. 10.
