Raydan Food signs 2 commercial franchise agreements

Raydan Food Co. inked a commercial franchise agreement with Soul Advanced Company Ltd. in Baljurashi city, according to a bourse filing.

 

The contract is valued at SAR 87,000 plus 6% of total sales.

 

In a separate bourse filing, Raydan said it sealed another commercial franchise agreement with Raoof orphanage in Arar at a total value of SAR 130,000, plus 6% of total sales.

 

Both contracts will extend for five years renewable and boost the company’s expansion across the Kingdom. 

 

The relevant financial impact will reflect on the company’s Q1 2023 financial results. The deals included no related parties, the statements added.
