Tanmiah Food's subsidiary signs supply agreement with Burger King at SAR 80 mln annually

Tanmiah Food Co.’s subsidiary, Supreme Food Processing Co. (SFPC), signed today, Oct. 26, a three-year supply agreement with Burger King Europe GMBH (BKE), at almost SAR 80 million annually, according to a statement to Tadawul.

The contract value may vary based on orders delivered, it added.

SFPC will realize revenues and profits until the agreement comes to an end. The deal represents a continuation of Tanmiah’s long relationship with Burger King as it has been a supplier to the latter since 2000.

Under the contract, SFPC will exclusively supply Burger King with processed chicken in key markets in the MENA region, including Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, Oman, UAE and Kuwait. There are no related parties to the deal, it noted.
