Gulf General's audit committee member resigns

Gulf General Cooperative Insurance Co.’s board of directors accepted today, Nov. 1, the resignation of the audit committee member, Jawdat Musa Alhalabi, from Nov. 30, 2022, the company said in a statement to Tadawul.

 

The resignation was submitted due to personal reasons.

 

The board will work to appoint a member for the vacant position before the end of the current term, the statement said.
