MOBI rebrands into MOBI Industry

National Fertilizer Co. (MOBI) announced the formal change of its name to “MOBI Industry”, the company said in a statement to Tadawul today, Nov. 29.

 

The step followed the shareholders’ approval to amend an article of association regarding the company’s name during the extraordinary general meeting (EGM) held on Nov. 10, Argaam earlier reported.

 

A commercial register with the new name was issued and all other regulatory procedures were fulfilled.
