Jarir says Managing Director Abdullah Alagil resigned

Jarir Marketing Co. (JMC) announced the resignation of Managing Director Abdullah bin Abdulrahman Alagil from the board of directors for private reasons, according to a statement to Tadawul.

 

The resignation was filed on Dec. 18 and will be effective as of Dec. 31.

 

The appointment of an alternative board member will be announced later, the statement added.
