Alamar opens board nominations today

Alamar Foods Co. announced today, Jan. 1, opening the board membership nominations for the upcoming three-year term, starting Feb. 8, the company said in a statement to Tadawul. 

 

Interested and eligible shareholders can submit requests for nomination until Jan. 30, the statement added.
