SARCO says board member resigns

Saudi Arabian Refineries Co. (SARCO) board of directors accepted the resignation of board member Maqid Ibrahim Al-Otaibi, effective as of Jan. 29, 2023, according to a statement to Tadawul.

 

The resignation was submitted due to personal reasons, the company added.
