Tadawul: Musharaka REIT goes ex-dividend today

Units of Musharaka REIT Fund have their ex-dividend today, Feb. 5, for H2 2022.

 

Musharaka Capital, the fund manager, had announced a cash dividend at 2% of capital, or SAR 0.20 per unit, for H2 2022, according to data available on Argaam.

 

The dividend will be distributed to unitholders within 30 business days from the record date.
