MIS set to pay H2 2022 cash dividend on March 12

Al Moammar Information Systems Co. (MIS) announced in a statement to Tadawul that H2 2022 cash dividend for shareholders of record on Feb. 26 and those registered with Edaa on the following second trading day will be paid on March 12, 2023.

 

This came in line with MIS three-year dividend distribution policy, which started as of H1 2021.

 

On Jan. 10, the company’s board of directors declared a 12% cash dividend, at SAR 1.2 per share, totaling SAR 36 million, for H2 2022, according to Argaam
