SABIC Agri-Nutrients board member resigns

SABIC Agri-Nutrients Co. announced the resignation of board member Walid Mohammed Alissa from the board and audit committee, effective as of today, Feb. 28, according to a statement to Tadawul. 

 

This came as Alissa was appointed as a member of the Capital Market Authority’s (CMA) board under a royal decree issued yesterday, Feb. 27.
