Al-Etihad Insurance reappoints chairman, vice chairman

Al-Etihad Cooperative Insurance Co. received today, March 13, the non-objection from the Saudi Central Bank (SAMA) to re appoint Chairman Yousef Saad Al Saad and Vice-chairman Naif Saud Al Turairi, according to a statement to Tadawul.

The company also was cleared by SAMA to form the executive committee, investment committee, nominations & remuneration committee, risk management committee and audit committee.

The formation of the audit committee will be presented to the next general assembly meeting.
