Raoom Trading board proposes 10% cash dividend for H2 2022

Raoom Trading Co. board of directors recommended today, March 15, the distribution of cash dividend at 10% of capital, or SAR 1 per share, for H2 2022, at a total value of SAR 6.25 million, according to a statement to Tadawul.

Eligibility for the cash dividend will be to shareholders who own shares on the record date and are registered with the Securities Depository Center at the end of the second trading day following the day of the company’s extraordinary general assembly, which will be announced later.

The distribution date will be announced later, the company noted.
