Sumou gets off-plan sale license for Dammam’s Al-Aali project

Sumou Real Estate Co. announced the issuance of an off-plan sale license for Al-Aali project in Dahiyat Al Wajihah, Dammam, according to a Tadawul statement today, April 2.
 

The license was received today, the developer noted.
 

According to Argaam’s data, Sumou signed, in September 2022, an agreement with National Housing Co. (NHC) to develop Area Apt. Zone 4A & 4B of the Al-Aali project in Dammam, at a total of SAR 305 million.
