Tadawul halts trading on MIS for 1 hour ahead of material announcement

The Saudi Exchange (Tadawul) placed today, April 13, a one-hour trading halt on the shares of Al Moammar Information Systems Co. (MIS) from 12:15 pm to 01:15 pm. 

 

The halt was placed upon the company’s request ahead of disclosing a material event, in accordance with the listing rules and the procedures for the suspension of listed securities. 

The order maintenance period will start at 12:45 pm, Tadawul added.
