MIS inks 2 contracts worth SAR 188.7 mln

Al Moammar Information Systems Co. (MIS) signed, on May 25, two contracts at a total value of SAR 188.72 million, including value-added tax (VAT), according to two separate statements on Tadawul.

The first contract was concluded with Advanced Electronics Co. Ltd. for the renewal of software licenses, at a value of SAR 47.04 million. The contract has a term of five years. 

The second 24-month agreement was signed with the National Center for Government Resources Systems (NCGR) at a value of SAR 141.68 million. The deal entails establishing and building the infrastructure for the unified government resource system by supplying and installing infrastructure hardware and software consisting of several resources such as physical and virtual servers, storage units. It also includes archiving to provide the unified government infrastructure and systems. 

The financial impact of the two contracts is expected to appear on Q2 2023 results, the statements added, noting there are no related parties to the deal.
