Al-Rajhi says SEZs to benefit from Hadaf programs by hiring Saudis

The Special Economic Zones (SEZs) will benefit from the supportive programs offered by the Human Resources Development Fund (Hadaf) when hiring Saudis, said Minister of Human Resource and Social Development (HRSD) Ahmed bin Sulaiman Al-Rajhi.

 

Speaking at the Saudi Special Economic Zones Investment Forum, Al-Rajhi assured that the SEZs will attract global companies and expertise to support local and international talents in Saudi Arabia.

 

Saudi workforce is the most diverse in the world, including above 180 nationalities through 10 million workers, 25% of whom are Saudis.

 

He pointed out that the Saudi labor market strategy provides 28 initiatives, most of which have been implemented, or are on the way to completion, have begun to bear their fruit.

 

In addition, the private sector was able, within three years, to employ more than 500,000 Saudis, most of whom are fresh graduates, he highlighted.
