SAIC board OKs setting up subsidiary to drive investment plans

Saudi Advanced Industries Co. (SAIC) stated that its board of directors approved today, June 5, to establish a wholly owned limited liability company based in Riyadh, according to a statement to Tadawul. 

 

The new company will be the investment arm of SAIC.

 

Any relevant developments will be announced in due course, the statement said.
