ProMedEx publishes prospectus to offer 30% of capital on Nomu

Professional Medical Expertise Co. (ProMedEx) announced the prospectus to float 1.05 million shares, representing 30% of its capital reaching SAR 35 million, on Nomu-Parallel Market.

 

The offer will run from July 9-16, 2023. It will be confined to qualified investors stipulated in the glossary of defined terms used in the regulations and rules of the Capital Market Authority (CMA).

 

Headquartered in Dhahran, ProMedEx is a closed joint stock company established in 2009.

 

The company mainly operates in importing and exporting medical implants, devices, and high-tech consumables, in addition to selling them to hospitals as well as private and governmental medical centers across the Kingdom.

 

On March 27, the CMA approved ProMedEx's application to float 30% of its capital on Nomu, according to data available with Argaam.
