MOBI’s board approves moving to main market

MOBI Industry Co.’s board of directors approved a decision to move the company to the main market from Nomu-Parrel Market based on the requirements of the updated and amended listing rules, the company said in a statement on Tadawul. 

 

The transition is pending the market’s approval and subject to meeting listing rules requirements.

 

Any updates in this regard will be announced duly, the statement added.

 

On July 28, 2021, MOBI was listed on Nomu in a direct listing, according to data available on Argaam.
