Shareholders of Arabian Centres Co. (Cenomi Centers) delegated the board of directors to pay semi-annual or quarterly dividends for the fiscal year ending Dec. 31, 2023. 

 

In a statement to Tadawul, the company said that other agenda items were also ratified.
