Ash-Sharqiyah shareholders elect new board for next four years

Shareholders of Ash-Sharqiyah Development Co. approved electing the new members of the board of directors for the upcoming four-year term starting July 20, 2023, during the ordinary general meeting held on July 17. 

 

The new board includes Yasser Al Jarallah, Fayez Mahfouz, Abdul Rahman Al-Amoudi, Ali Al-Jaafari and Khaled Al-Rasheed, the company said in a statement to Tadawul today, July 18.
