Alwasail appoints new board member

Alwasail Industrial Co.’s board of directors approved to appoint Abdul Hameed Fahd Abdullah Al-Adaib as a non-executive board member, according to a statement on Tadawul.

 

Al-Adaib will complete the current term ending on Dec. 22, 2024.

 

The appointment is pending approval of the upcoming general meeting.
