Lumi Rental IPO: Subscription period, key dates

Retail investors will start today, Sept. 12, subscription to Lumi Rental Co.’s  1.65 million shares at SAR 66 a share.

 

The retail offering is limited to one day only. 

 

The company offered 16.5 million shares, or 30% of its capital, 10% of which were allocated to the retail investors and 90% were allocated to institutions.
