Enma AlRawabi EGM to vote on 2.5% cash dividend for H1 2023 on Oct. 9

Shareholders of Enma AlRawabi Co. are set to vote on a board proposal to distribute a cash dividend at SAR 0.25 per share, or 2.5% of capital, for H1 2023 during an extraordinary general meeting (EGM) scheduled for Oct. 9, as follows:
