Alkhorayef Water and Power Technologies Co.’s (AWPT) board of directors approved, on Oct. 4, to set up a limited liability company (LLC) in Riyadh, according to a statement to Tadawul.
The new entity will be capitalized at SAR 100,000 and will be fully owned by AWPT. It will undertake the long-term operation and maintenance (LTOM) contract for the sewage treatment plants in Manfouha.
There are no related parties, the company said.
