Saudi water treatment firm Miahona plans IPO next year: Report

Saudi water treatment firm Miahona is planning an initial public offering (IPO) on the local exchange next year, Bloomberg reported, citing people familiar with the matter. 

 

The company has discussed a potential deal with advisers, the report said, adding that Himmah Capital is working as an advisor for the share sale.

 

According to data available on Argaam, Miahona was established in 2008 and is a Vision Invest subsidiary that offers management services in the water and wastewater sectors.
