Alkhorayef Water inks SAR 64.3 mln contract with NWC

Alkhorayef Water and Power Technologies Co. signed a contract worth SAR 64.32 million (VAT inclusive) with National Water Co. (NWC) for the operation and maintenance of Jizan water projects (Southern Sector), according to a statement to Tadawul.

 

The company said the contract is effective for 36 months, expecting the related financial impact to be reflected in its Q1 2023 results.

 

Alkhorayef Water also noted that there are no related parties to the deal, highlighting that it received the contract today, Oct. 19, after it was signed by all parties.
