AlBabtain Food cancels MoU for acquisition of Integrated Business

Abdulaziz & Mansour Ibrahim AlBabtain Co. (AlBabtain Food) canceled today, Oct. 31, a non-binding memorandum of understanding (MoU) with Integrated Business Co. (Integrated Business). 

 

The MoU was cancelled as both the parties failed to reach an agreement,  AlBabtain Food said in a statement to Tadawul.

 

On Aug. 2, 2023, the company signed an MoU with Integrated Business to study feasibility and determine acquisition percentage, according to Argaam's data.
