Saudi Arabia’s Ministry of Investment issued nearly 2,192 new investment licenses to foreign companies in the third quarter of 2023, up 135% year-on-year (YoY), excluding the number of new licenses issued under the National Anti-Commercial Concealment Program (Tasattur).
