Zoujaj, Arabian Glass sign non-binding MoU to study acquisition or merger

The National Company for Glass Industries (Zoujaj) signed a non-binding memorandum of understanding (MoU) with Saudi Arabian Glass Co. Ltd. (SAGCO) to explore a potential acquisition or merger deal with the latter.

 

The 12-month MoU was signed on Nov. 9, according to a statement to Tadawul.

 

There are no related parties to the contract, the statement added.
