AMAK appoints Christopher Warwick Acting CEO

Al Masane Al Kobra Mining Co. (AMAK) announced the end of CEO contract for Yahia AlShangiti, noting his last business day as Dec. 31, 2023.

 

The board of directors appointed Christopher Warwick as Acting CEO as of Jan. 1, 2024, the company said in a statement to Tadawul.

 

Warwick is a mining engineer with over 30 years of experience in the industry.

 

He studied mining engineering and holds Bachelor's degree in Engineering from CSM in the UK. He is a registered professional engineer with the Royal Institute of Mining and Metallurgy in the UK.
