NLO reviews sustainability of national labor in private sector over past years

The National Labor Observatory (NLO), responsible for labor data in Saudi Arabia, reviewed the sustainability of nationals employed in the private sector over the past years, highlighting the attractiveness of working in the sector.

 

The Ministry of Labor said that the key sustainability factors included financial incentives, rewards, ongoing training and development, as well as support and nationalization programs.
