Mayar submits rights issue application to CMA

Mayar Holding Co. submitted, on Dec. 6, a rights offering application to the Capital Market Authority (CMA) to raise its capital.

 

Any future updates will be announced in due course, the company said in a statement to Tadawul.

 

In October, Mayar’s board of directors recommended increasing the company’s capital through a SAR 110 million rights issue, Argaam reported.
