MBC IPO: Subscription period, key dates

Retail investors will start today, Dec. 14, subscription to MBC Group’s 3.33 million shares at SAR 25 apiece.

 

 The retail offering will end on Dec. 18.

 

The company offered 33.25 million shares, or 10% of its post-IPO capital, 10% of which were allocated to retail investors and 90% to institutional investors.
