MODON inks 10 contracts worth SAR 538M with private sector

The Saudi Authority for Industrial Cities and Technology Zones (MODON) signed 10 contracts worth SAR 538 million with the private sector to improve operational efficiency in six industrial cities across the Kingdom.

 

These contracts included building 40 subordinate units in Al Ahsa industrial city, extending the road between Dammam Third Industrial City and King Salman Energy Park, and establishing a 13.8/132 kV converter station with a capacity of 134 MV in Tabuk Industrial City.

 

These contracts also included establishing a civil defense station in Hail Industrial City, 20 prefabricated plants, extending an area of 450 square meters in Taif Industrial City, and laying infrastructure for sector 5 in Madinah Industrial City.

 

The contracts further included building 20 prefabricated factories in Al Ahsa, establishing a medium-voltage and low-voltage network in Taif Industrial City, and laying infrastructure for expansions in Hail Industrial City, as well as sectors 3 and 4 in Madinah Industrial City.
