Musharaka Capital updates T&Cs of Musharaka REIT Fund

Musharaka Capital announced an update of the terms and conditions (T&Cs) of Musharaka REIT Fund as of today, Jan. 3, according to a filing to Tadawul. 

 

This includes updating the Zakat clause in the fund’s T&Cs on filing the fund’s Zakat declaration, as per the rules for collecting Zakat from investors in investment funds.
